You are using 64bit version of simics but your the
shared libraries on your host system are 32bit. 
You can check that with
"ldd /opt/virtutech/simics-3.0.31/amd64-linux/lib/scsi-bus.so" and link
the library paths to 64bit version. 
This is a problem with simics and
not flexus.
