After executing a workload with generating flexpoints, the flexus would
generate a result directory called trace-CMP.L2Shared.Trace-**-**.
For example, I generate 20 flexpoints of phase_000 ({nucth/2cpu
baseline 0-0:0 "server_cpu0.cycle-break 25000000; instruction-fetch-mode
instruction-fetch-trace" } ), and command like this:
[root@localhost modify-flexus-4.1]# run_job -postprocess
"/home/zhangwuxiang/modify-flexus-4.1/scripts/postprocess_ckptgen.sh flexpoint
20 nutch" -cfg trace -run flexpoint -local -ckpt-gen CMP.L2Shared.Trace
nucth/2cpu
After done this, the trace directory got a stats_db.out.gz file, I am not clear
about the content of this file. I used the stat-manager to see the cache
statistics, command like this:
[root@localhost 000_000]# stat-manager print all
Are these statistics for all the flexpoints, and then divided by 20? Or is it
just for the last flexpoint?
Btw, I tried several experiments to see each flexpoint statistics (cache
miss/hit number), and seems that it neither the average nor the last flexpoint.
How is these data computed?
