Most of the PDP handbook series has the 8 and six bit tables in it. on in the "introduction to programming" is is appendix b.
on this web site http://highgate.comm.sfu.ca/pdp8/ look I the appendix in the "The PDP-8/e Small Computer Handbook (1972): " page 14 of tiffs or A26 in the appendix.
