First, thanks to all the simh devs and contributors over the years, your work is sincerely appreciated, and enjoyed. I maintain the Debian simh package. That rolls into ubuntu and other Debian-based distributions. Would I be better off applying the patches in the sourceforge "Unofficial Patches" directory for 3.8.1, or waiting for the 3.8.2 release where those patches would presumably be rolled in? In the short run I'm obviously better off waiting. In the long run I'm obviously better off applying the patches. Where are we w/ respect to that border line? Suggestions? I/we like to follow local community norms... when known. _______________________________________________ Simh mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.trailing-edge.com/mailman/listinfo/simh
