Yes. It would be impossible to sell it otherwise [Shameless Plug Alert(tm) - I am a CHARON reseller]. It could be that your machine isn't fast enough to handle the interrupts generated by the (virtual) I/O. Do you have other processes on the system that could be "stealing" time from the processor SIMH?
