As far as I know, no copies of the schematics or layouts survived the
numerous acquisitions and mergers - of DEC by Compaq and then HP - and
the spinout of Harris Semiconductor as Intersil. The only photograph I
have is of completed chips and are reproduced here:

on Bitsavers.
Mentec did produce a J-11 knockoff in other technology, but they have
gone under as well, I believe.
