First attach an NVRAM file which persists from one run to another.
Then at a >>> prompt type
>>> SET BOOT DUA0
Then in the configuration file you start the simulator with add the following
commands:
SET CPU CONH
DEP BDR 1

How do I get simh's vax simulator to boot into a disk image.
Right now I get the ">>>" prompt and then I need to type "boot dua0"
