Yes -- those feet exist for a reason. And if your rack has extension feet
sticking out the front, those are important too anytime you pull out a cabinet
(either for service, or if it's an RL01/02 just for access to the pack).
The casters are ONLY for moving the cabinet around during installation or for
reconfiguration -- not for support while in use.
