I think it is what we called a "10MB disc", really a 5mb non-removable and 5m5 removable sharing a spindle and seek mechanism. Pertek? Wangco? I think DEC sold a similar drive with different cosmetics. If I remember correctly Discs (Interdata spelling) were not interchangeable with the DEC drive due to a difference in the sector ring. Even if they had both been the same the format would probably have been different.

There was a similar looking but older 2.5mb disk.
