I’ve created a new homebrew tap for building simh from HEAD on OS X

The major improvements over the simh formula in the Homebrew mainline – other
than the move to 4.0 – is the addition of working NAT networking (tested on
OpenBSD VAX). If anyone could improve the recipe to get graphics, libcap, etc.
