Hi Ray, seems 'standard' procedure is: 1. Create a http://GitHub.com account. 2. Clone SIMH. 3. Upload your additions/changes. 4. Submit a pull request to the master SIMH repository.
The maintainer is Mark Pizzolato [email protected] To simply share a file when you have no website, you can just upload it to Google Drive, share to everyone and post the resulting link. Plain texts can also be sent directly to mailing lists, but that may be discouraged here.
