I know that SIMH can support VHD files. But, can it support difference files
using the VHD format? If so, how do you set it up?
The reason I ask is that I use an online backup service, and every time I run
SIMH it has to back up the whole virtual disk. It would help if it would only
backup the data that has changed, as would be present in a VHD difference disk.
I did write my own differencing code for SIMH a while back, but I have
abandoned that now.
