It is the patch that enables use the timeline-api file while specify a non-MIT server for the Simile Ajax component. It is a non-breaking change, ie all current users will see no change. Re: Nicolas comment on automated tests: if you have any time to set up even a simple test, that'd be great. The js test program that I have heard of is http://selenium.openqa.org/ Unfortunately I have no direct experience with it.
