Hi Michael,
It's "by design" -- since the urls are specified in the event source
file (foo.xml), relative urls use the same directory as the event
file.
Also, it enables an event file and its associated images to be
portable.
The event data is the root, not the main html file. Timeline is event-
centric :-)
