WIth regards to localization of the source, the only Timeline
localization that I know of is in
http://simile-widgets.googlecode.com/svn/timeline/trunk/src/webapp/api/scripts/l10n/

... and you've already created the Dutch localization.

Are you using Exhibit? You could also do that localization, see
http://simile-widgets.googlecode.com/svn/exhibit/trunk/src/webapp/api/locales/

Regarding wikis: the issue is to get a server paid for. Then we could
choose the wiki itself. I wouldn't recommend to David H that he switch
to another free service just for the features--I'd be worried about
the financial condition of the company, service levels, etc.
