Hi Monica, Looks like (from your description), that your labels are wider than the temporal space on the Timeline that they take up. The solution is to either use shorter labels, or a wider Timeline (magnified). You can magnify the Timeline by changing the units for the band, or by using a hot zone. The wiki explains.
