Hi there, I am bioinformatician and I have Gene 1 --> Gene 2 Interaction data..in the database so, I like to Build Network of Genes...with nice layout using SMILE widgets..!! ?
Its it possible ..has anyone done something like this? Any help / pointing to website is appreciated.
