Do you have something like a server cacheing tool between you and the  
server generating the content?   Are you setting a long lived expires  
header that is instructing the browser to cache the file?   Exhibit  
should reload the file everytime unless you have some sort of caching  
logic affecting the browser.

Try it with your browser's cache turned off...
