Mark, heres what worked for me on version 1 (if I remember correctly). (d) signifies a directory. I dont believe I moved any of the files in the sub-directories around so they should stay as you downloaded them. If this is not enough info, email me and I can ls all directories for you.
web(d) -------index.html -------styles.css ------examples.js (only if you need to use the filter controls) api(d) -------timeline-api.js -------ext(d) -------images(d) -------scripts(d) -------styles(d) index.html has a reference to timeline-api.js eg...<script src="api/timeline-api.js" type="text/javascript"></script> <link rel='stylesheet' href='styles.css' type='text/css' /> HTH!
