Hi all, We want to be able to easily host the the JavaScript files for Exhibit, so it looks to me from perusing exhibit-api.js and simile- ajax-api.js that I should be able to use the logic that figures out the root that the exhibit-api loads from:
http://code.google.com/p/simile-widgets/source/browse/exhibit/trunk/src/webapp/api/exhibit-api.js#155 However, it seems like the dependency on SimileAjax means that loads up ahead of time, and that always pulls from static.smile.mit.edu: http://code.google.com/p/simile-widgets/source/browse/exhibit/trunk/src/webapp/api/exhibit-api.js#245 It seems like the useLocalResources boolean instead could be changed to a variable that points to some other location, and not hardcode in http://127.0.0.1:8888/ajax/api/simile-ajax-api.js?bundle=false as the location... Should be passed in somehow.. any ideas? It seems like a kind of chicken and egg problem...
