I want to thank everyone for their help. I fugured out the problem...
I was using the utilities on a 64 bit machine when Java is not yet
capable on 64-bit. I reinstalled the stand-alone version on my 32-bit
machine and it works. The Jetty started up great and the URL brought
up the JS. IT IS AWESOME!!! Now I can tailor as I need.
