Hello all, I have an idea for further integrating the Timeline project with Google Maps/Virtual Earth. I would like to make it possible to adjust the defaultEventPainter on the smallest time scale, such that any events visible would show or hide their respective icons on a map. This would be particularly relevant to a remote sensing project I am working with. The sensor locations do not change very much, but using timeline to show and hide the icons would better show how much data has been recorded at those sites over time. I really want to start coding some of this myself, but I am having trouble knowing where to start. Is the EventPainter the right place to start?
