That is not the case here and I have described success with this
approach in the past..

Safari handles data URLs very well and there are a zillion things that
work this way.


Exhibit is one of the very few things that does not. At any rate, it's
pretty easy to test this by doing a simple copy/paste.
Have not yet tried the text/plain variation.

Exhibit DOES display completely but there are some refresh/reload
issues.
I believe one thing at issue may be that web viewer  uses an
applewebdata guid and this changes upon submission of a form.
