Ok based on what I read out of the other discussion the pattern is
starting to make sense.  If I don't scroll down and I click a link out
of one of the clustered markers the link to the destination works.
Though if I scroll down and center the map on my screen and then click
one of the clustered markers the 2nd bubble just goes away instead of
taking me to the destination.

I tried what was talked about in the other discussion in regards to
the SimileAjax.WindowManager.cancelPopups()  and it still closes
without going to the destination.
