David, Thanks for the response. I was able to figure out the border problem. You were right I was missing a css file.
I am still having a problem with internet explorer. Since updating my exhibit to the new version, the timeline now displays in IE 8 but the bubbles do not pop up at all. In IE6 and 7 there are a bunch of errors that sometimes pops up on loading, and sometimes the timeline works after reloading a couple times. I am thinking I must have messed something up when making a local version, but cannot figure out what is missing. here is a link for you to look at on IE: www.matchrounds.com/mytimeline.php Thanks!
