All -- I just got to this message from the MIT sysadmin and I apologize for not forwarding it yesterday... the simile-widgets.org services will be a little unstable this weekend, but soon back to normal. really sorry for the disruption.
"There will be two outages of nearly all Libraries servers this weekend while facilities replaces some electrical wiring in Building 14. The first outage will be from 10PM until 12AM on Friday March 5th. The second outage will be from 6AM until 8AM on Saturday March 6th. ... I did however migrate *.simile-widgets.org out of the building, along with some of the DNS servers that resolve it, onto the 18.42.0.0/16 network.
