I've updated the current s-w.org wiki page http://www.simile-widgets.org/wiki/Timeline_Releases_and_Access#Access to use the new reference:
http://api.simile-widgets.org/timeline/2.3.1/timeline-api.js?bundle=true I also added a note that the URL uses a different release number (2.3.1) from the current release (2.3.0). I thought it worth recording as when first asked to use the new URL I assumed the '1' was a typo, not least as it's a number higher than the current release.
