This is very much a hack, but you can do it right now with no coding:

    * put two (or more) copies of the same facet in the exhibit.
    * now you can choose restrictions in the first copy that will be
ANDed with restrictions in the second copy

in fact, this gives you more than a plain "AND" facet. For example, if
you make two copies of the "Caratteristiche principali" facet, pick
"internet" and "accesso disabili" in the first facet, then pick
"adatto ai bambini" and "bagno in camera" in the second, you will get
all items that have (internet OR accesso disabili) AND (addatto ai
bambin OR bagno in camera)
