Hi, Since this feature was requested several times recently, I thought someone should try to implement this. Please take a look at issue 406 http://code.google.com/p/simile-widgets/issues/detail?id=406 where you can download a file with my efforts to solve this. As requested add your experience with this solution, both positive and negative, to the issue tracker.
