Hi Kurtis, In Exhibit 2, you can export the Facet Selections URL under the scissors/export tool. You as the author have to give your facets HTML id attribute values in order for this to work.
In Exhibit 3, there's a more robust system for generating bookmarks for the current state of your browsing session that has its own graphical element for exporting the URL.
