If you're using the OpenStreetMap map view, you should set ex:osmURL="http://tile.openstreetmap.org/${z}/${x}/${y}.png"; on the OLMap(s) in your page. The original default URL built into the view (tah.openstreetmap.org) is no longer serving tiles; the tiles on tile.openstreetmap are also graphically different.
There are notices that you need to clear heavy use of tile.openstreetmap with its admins. You might want to consider running your own server / caching proxy.
