While there is no longer a dedicated E3 focused effort at the time, we (at
Zepheira) are continuing to work toward E2 - E3 parity though the course of
several professional services engagements that leverage the Exhibit platform.
With some of the data-centric work we've just started [1] along with a related
large scale geospatial linked data effort in the wings, we're hopeful that we
may be able to focus increased effort on the map view along with enhancements
to various numerical facet / view widgets. As this work to Exhibit3 will be a
potential bonus / result of other contracted deliverables, a time line when
these E3 enhancements will be complete its difficult to predict. But we're
hopeful it will be weeks / months not months / years.

Can you elaborate on the specific charting functionality you're particularly
interested in? We're keen on exploring the integration of E3 with the
JavaScript InfoVis Toolkit library [2] (specifically the charting tools) and
was curious if this sort of integration would be of use to you / others.
