Fred, I did this quite a while ago and it took some searching to figure out how to do it. It doesn't seem to be the same now. These things seem to be changing constantly in Google Docs
I went to the spreadsheet and then to the File>>Publish to the web menu item. In the lower half of the dialog box you can get a link to the "all sheets" or pick a sheet. The part that changes is in bold below.
