Hello Simile-Widgets watchers and Exhibit users, For the past few years Zepheira has been leading the development of Exhibit 3. Now, to simplify and encourage broader community contribution to the Exhibit codebase, we are establishing a new home for Exhibit on Github:
https://github.com/simile-widgets/exhibit This new official repository -- managed by the Simile Widgets community -- will serve as the hub for all changes and improvements to the Exhibit codebase. MIT will continue contributing code related to their ongoing research with information management, and Zepheira will continue hardening the code. We plan to follow standard Github practice: the official repository will act as a central hub for bug reporting and code integration, rather than development. Contributions to the codebase should be performed in a fork of the project and contributed via a pull request.
