Can you please try modifying your prefix line to the following:

Timeline_urlPrefix =
"http://api.simile-widgets.org/timeline/2.3.1/<http://api.simile-widgets.org/timeline/2.3.1/timeline-api.js>
"

I believe that will be a temporary fix to your problem.
