So far, I've had trouble producing a successful build of Timeline. I'm scratching my head for reasons, and the first is quite possibly that the versions of the Java JDK (1.7_25) and Ant (1.9.1) somehow cause this problem either on their own or in combination.
I don't really have time to debug the build. I'll gladly use whatever works. So if you've got a build that works, please let me know which versions of these tools you're using.
