I have a long list of authors:
publications and their authors

Is it possible to combine the two facets on the right into a single
hierarchical facet that would list each author under the letter of their
last name?
As shown in the URL, am able to create the alphabetical list and assign the
publication with an author by the letter of the author's last name.
But I don't know how to arrange the author list under the appropriate
alphabetical letter.
Any advice?
