I've released SEC-2.5.1 that is available at

This release fixes a bug in the 'eval' action that appeared in 2.5.0 version
(returned code references were incorrectly handled which made them unusable for
'call' actions); also, the man page has updated in a few places.
I apologize for the 'eval' bug that I introduced during the 2.4.2->2.5.0
transition.
