I've never heard if nodebrain before but it looks like it's new (still in
alpha/beta phase).
SEC is quite mature and proven.
I don't see what problem the author of NB is trying to solve that SEC
doesn't already do.

Note: I'm not affiliated with SEC, just making some simple observations :-)
