For a moment the sun shined on my face, and it was good. This day, this moment alone is mine to hold in reverence, and yet am I tempted to adore one moment more than another. My experience of life has swung back and forth between pain and bliss many times, and yet this one song rings true. The secret to life is to live it. Sadly at times I have feared and chosen to not remember this truth. But all is well, for this truth is there always if I will but let go my fears and embrace it for what it is, right now, today. No regrets of lost moments so great that I cannot open to the light in and around me, and flow with that eternal flow.
