Just don't use the wildcard on the right side of the router entry:
<*@domain.com> = collector_account
where collector_account is an existing account that you want messages to go
to. This should be placed in your router _after_ any entries like your example
entry, otherwise _all_ mail to domain.com addresses will go to
collector_account.
