His initial errors (first post) were:
"550 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Relaying denied"
Lloyd, can you explain what SMTP (not POP) error you're getting now
and what you're doing that causes it?
Also, as a side note, you're running SIMS 1.8b6, it's best to upgrade
to 1.8b8 which you can get from
http://www.stalker.com/pub/SIMS-18b8-PPC.sit.hqx
