Maliasoft's Mailsiphon 2.5.1 (X or Classic) just added a "fake bounce"
feature. It generates a 550 error for a message and sends it. It's also
useful for dumping large attachments that your users can't get out of their
mailboxes. I find it a very handy tool to use as a mail server admin.
