Am I right in that to setup SIMS to act as a backup mail handler, all I
have to do is assign an MX record to point to the new SIMS machine (using
a lower priority than my primary SIMS machine), and then in the backup
SIMS's router, just put "mydomain.com = mydomain.com.smtp"?

This will then just hold all mail in the queue until the primary machine
comes back online right? (offering no way to collect the email off of it)
