Right now, I am running some small mailing lists on a dial-up modem (dedicated connection, and my own domain), so I've only set my SMTP sessions as 10 outgoing and 10 incoming, cause a plain ol' modem ain't too fast, but it works. I am getting ready to upgrade to a 256Kbps broadband connection (all that I can afford, and is actually a pretty good deal in my area). Can I max out my SMTP sessions, or would you suggest a lower setting? At work, we have 3 times that speed, 768Kbps, same wireless broadband technology. Maxing out at 250 each direction, and that's worked pretty good. Thanks.
