I successfully ran for quite some time, SIMS and NetPresenz (web & ftp),
on a Powerbook 160 (16mhz 030). It had only 10mb of RAM, and an 80mb hard
drive, and used a SCSI to Ethernet adaptor to connect it to my DSL.
Ran like a charm for as long as I wanted it (was about a year IIRC, I
upgraded it to a centris 610 only because one became available). That
same PB is now sitting on my home DSL acting as a backup SIMS server with
IPNR running on it... seems to be working just fine.
So I would think that you could run SIMS and IPNR on a IIvx without a
problem
