That's the Hybris.gen virus/worm. I imagine it would be tough to
block it as it comes from various sources -- none of which are
usually obvious, although I've tracked it down a couple of times from
clues I recognized in some of the message headers. You may find some
helpful information at the Web site set up just to fight this virus
(it's safe to view, and it's NOT a sex site):
