Hi all:

I've set SIMS to "Relay for Clients Only" -- and my IP is on the Hosts list

About half the time I send mail, its fine.  But the other half, I get the
"we do not relay" message and SIMS won't send the mail . I'm sending from
same app, same IP at all times.

I'm baffled.
