I was thinking of rolling my own RBL using rbldns, for fun, but also
to use as well. FWIW, rbldns is a tersely-documented part of djbdns
described at <http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html>.

Anyway, rbldns "listens for UDP packets on port 53." So, when SIMS
makes a query to any of the destinations in its RBL DNS Servers List,
is it sending UDP packets to port 53?

Is there any reason why I wouldn't be able to use SIMS with this?

More info at <http://cr.yp.to/djbdns/rbldns.html>.
