I assume there is currently no way to say BOOM, stop right there and exit the
router and continue processing .ie local account or foreign mail server.  That
would be a nice "feature" to assist with people that can't spell very well or
are too lazy to fix their address book entries.

() tell router exit without further router rules so SIMS can continue
processing.  In this case, store in local account.
